Online Shop Terms & Conditions

Once your order has been placed, please monitor your email for updates regarding your purchase. If you do not see any messages in your inbox, we kindly ask that you check your spam or junk folder for communication from us.
Please note that we are unable to provide an invoice suitable for medical aid claims for orders placed through our online store. If you wish to submit a claim through your medical aid provider, please return to the homepage and complete the Medical Aid Form. A member of our team will then assist you with the process. Kindly be advised that all sales are final once an order has been shipped. We are unable to accommodate cancellations or issue refunds after dispatch.
Please note that all parcels are sent out via The Courier Guy. Once your parcel leaves our facility, we will personally send you the tracking number, and The Courier Guy will also contact you directly with delivery updates. If delivery cannot be completed and The Courier Guy has attempted to reach you, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, please be aware that this will cause a delay in reshipping, and an additional shipping fee of R130 will be required to send the parcel out again.
